Precautions for use

within 3 days
usage of two or more days
If your period of use exceeds three days, please contact us and we will remove your luggage and store it separately.
During the separate storage period, you will be charged the equivalent of the locker usage fee.
Please note that any stored items that are not collected after 30 days will be disposed of by us.

In case it is suspected that the rules above are violated, the staff may come on-site and inspect the baggages.
Loss of the key
Regarding day-use lockers, please carefully keep the key to yourself. In case of loss of the key, inform the Contact Office immediately and go through the standard procedures to take your baggages out. For this case, a key exchange fee of 2,000yen will be charged.
Loss of IC card or and receipt
In case of IC card or receipt loss and impossible to use them, please contact us using the contact information below in business hour. 1000 yen will be charged as the commission for unlocking the locker.
